PADI DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program let you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI Instructor

Max Deph 40 feets

Minimum age: 10

½ day credit to the PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certifications.

 

PADI SCUBA DIVER COURSE

As a certified PADI Scuba Diver you are able to dive along side a PADI Divemaster or Instructor.

Throughout the course, you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You will earn this rating by completing 3 pool dives, knowledge development sessions and by making two open water dives. PADI programs are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills. This allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. (approx 2 days)
The PADI Scuba Diver course is basically half of the Open Water Diver course, so you can continue your adventure and complete the full Open Water Diver certification. Next after that, you can move on and complete the adventures in diving course to enhance some of your dive skills.



 

PADI OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE

As a certified PADI Open Water Diver, the most widely recognized and respected rating in the world, you have the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a professional.

If you already tried a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience or are PADI Scuba Diver certified, you have credit from these courses may apply to the open water program. Throughout the course, you’ll learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You earn this rating by completing five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water dives. PADI programs are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills. This allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. (approx 3 days).

 

PADI ADVENTURE DIVER / ADVANCE OPEN WATER COURSE

The Adventures in Diving program offers both the Adventure Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications.

you complete any three adventure dives, you can earn your PADI Adventure Diver certification. If you complete your Deep Adventure Dive, Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive and three Adventure Dives for a total of five, you can earn your Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
This certification includes five Adventure Dives, 2 core dives (Deep dive and Under water navigation) and the final 3 can be selected from the following list.

  • Boat Diver
  • Deep Diver (included)
  • Night Diver
  • Wreck Diver
  • Peak Performance Buoyancy
  • Search and Recovery


 

EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE

EFR gives you the basic tools you need to perform CPR and first aid.

Whether you’re a diver or a non-diver, EFR prepares you to properly handle potentially life-threatening situations.
Approx 8 hours.

 

PADI RESCUE DIVER

The PADI Rescue Diver will expand your knowledge and experience beyond purely recreational level because you’ll learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well being of other divers.

Although this course is serious, it is an enjoyable way to build your confidence.

PADI DIVE MASTER COURSE

PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

Throughout the course you will develop diving knowledge to instructor level through independent study and classroom discussions. Also you will addresses attitudes, judgement, customer service, business and operational challenges. Watermanship and stamina are evaluated together with diving skills, which will be developed to demonstration quality. You will complete a rescue evaluation and underwater mapping exercise as well as demonstrating their skills in dive planning and leadership. Candidates will take part in a Search and Recovery and Deep Diving Scenario.
We recommend takingnop less than three weeks to complete this first professional level in diver training and gain as much experience as possible.
Completion of this course qualifies the candidate to attend either a PADI Assistant Instructor (AI) course or a PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) which eventually leads to the certification as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
